Dr. Sanhita Chaudhary, Ph.D. is a distinguished psychologist, academic, clinical professional and mental-health trainer with extensive experience in suicide prevention, fratricide prevention, stress management, emotional resilience, work-life balance and psychological well-being.
She has specialised experience in addressing the psychological challenges faced by personnel of the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), Police and Defence Forces. Dr. Chaudhary has conducted specialised lectures, workshops and training programmes for BSF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB, NDRF, RAF, Delhi Police and UP Police.
Her programmes are practical, interactive and tailored to the demanding working environment of uniformed personnel.
ACADEMIC & CLINICAL EXPERIENCE
Dr. Chaudhary holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and has been recognised as an Eminent Faculty/Resource Person by the ADG/Director Academy, Ministry of Home Affairs, Tekanpur, for delivering psychological lectures and training to UPSC-cleared officers and SSC-CGL-cleared subordinate officers.
Counsellor at IGNOU and has extensive clinical experience, including serving as Principal/Chief Clinical Psychologist at Moolchand Hospital. Her clinical expertise includes psychological assessment, counselling, CBT, psychodynamic therapy.
PROFESSIONAL & ORGANISATIONAL CONTRIBUTION
Dr. Chaudhary has contributed to psychology through research publications, academic presentations, seminars, keynote addresses and mental-health awareness initiatives. She also provides organisational consulting in employee well-being, stress management, team building, leadership development and psychological resilience.
